Ten small ways in which Gtmhub makes OKRs awesome
Objectives & Key Results are taking over the world. Everyone from two people startups all the way to Fortune 50 companies is using OKRs.
The way that people go about managing OKRs is also very diverse. Some people use post-it notes, others are using spreadsheets, yet others are building custom tools. Ultimately, whatever works – is a good solution.
At Gtmhub, we aim to delight.
So, here are the ten small features that our customers enjoy.
1. Export to Excel
The world runs on Excel. Exporting OKRs in an Excel allows you to send your progress as an attachment or… print it out.
2. Screencast your progress
Everyone loves big screens in the office. With Gtmhub, you can screencast the OKRs session statistics or any InsightBoard. All you need to do is to press Shift + C.
3. Custom fields
Every organization will have this one thing they want to add to an objective. Sometimes it’s a list of risks, other times it’ll be priorities. Whatever it is, you can customize Gtmhub through custom fields.
Hundred people, each having 3 objectives – pretty soon you are drinking from the firehose. To get only updates from the things that you care about, you can subscribe to an OKR, person or a team.
As the amount of OKRs, people, teams, and Insightboards explodes, you will want to have a quick way to access the things that you care about. You can add to favourites almost everything in Gtmhub and then access it from the sidebar.
6. Progress aggregation
Not a best practice, but rules are made to be broken. Want to see the aggregate attainment of all the supporting OKRs? No problem, just turn on the Progress aggregation in the Methodology configuration.
No software is fully entreprise-ready without emojis.
8. Statistics by tag
Gtmhub provides statistics on how your whole organization is doing. But, did you know you can get statistics only for one or few tags?
9. Grid options
When you are doing regular retrospective meetings, you can use Grid options to define what fields and in which order should be displayed in the grid.
Need to put a link in your OKR description? Do a bullet list? No problem – Gtmhub fully supports markdown!
