What is the future of work?

Over the last few years, the pandemic and other global changes presented fundamental new challenges to our traditional ways of working.

Workforces also became more dispersed with many organizations allowing employees to decide how they want to work whether that be fully remote, fully on-site, or a hybrid model that alternates between the two.
