In working as a trainer in companies’ in-house training sessions, he enjoys working with managers and more junior staff and support them in their professional and personal development. As a consultant, Patrick is involved in advising clients of all sizes from every sector on their processes. These are predominantly the processes of change, agile working and management methods, process optimisation, mission statement development and cultural development.
Through his work as an Agile Coach, he supports companies in planning, introducing and executing agile methods – both in development and in management.
Patrick also works as a speaker at international conferences and regularly publishes specialist articles, specialist books and training videos on the topics mentioned above.
